description Abstract: The society of learning, and its usual semantic changes in its concept of development, require that reflection and research on the Transference of Technology (TOT) should incorporate elements from regional contexts. Accordingly, the conceptual categories, always exposed to the obsolescence resulting from sudden changes  in a changing world, must be adjusted to the needs of the environment. It would be  wrong to discuss concepts that are foreign to real needs and which make academic  research an autistic and vaporous subject. Based on an interpretation of the concepts of Transference of Technology that has been proposed by several schools of thought  and several authors, the present article examines the impact that the companies of  the farming sector from the department of Huila would have should they adopt the  essential aspects of this plan for capacity multiplying.
