Summary:By 2030, the United Nations projects a population growth of almost 1 billion people in the world. Independent of its economic power, all countries will face great challenges. The scarcity of natural resources, the tendency to urban concentration, the climate change and the lack of opportunities, among other factors, will lead societies to a more dynamic competition. In such a complex future, education becomes a fundamental element for the development of the skills that today's children and youth need to face the future of work.
