| Summary: | Through the Action Research (AI in Spanish), an instructor manages to concretize the practical stage of apprentices in a training program. Thus, they reach the results of the teaching and learning process, strengthening the relations of the training center with the productive sector, pointing to their requirements and favoring the educational community in this type of exercises. The present article proves that AI is an effective method for intervention in the professional practice of an instructor, generating spaces of agreement and causing improvements in the community immersed in the problem. |
