Summary:Information and communication technologies have opened the way to new paradigms of education, in this case, from the virtual modality. The saving of space, time and money have been determining factors of its global reception. The present article exposes the investigative work of the author from SENA’s AVA English Dot Works, where the aim was to improve the user’s experience based on the understanding of possible causes of desertion, planning and application of pedagogical strategies of invervention that derived results.
