Summary:This document begins with the fact that the labor market is changing quickly, and for that reason itassumes competitiveness as the challenge professionals must deal with to obtain a job. Focused onidentifying the competences the service sector in Bogotá requires, this document gives the results ofthe first phase of “the sequential transformative study in technologists of Administrative Managementalready graduated” thanks to the use of the content analysis technique to some databases, and whichresults were subsequently contrasted with those obtained from an on line survey applied to businessmenof the capital city, in order to identify some actions in the learning-teaching-evaluation process, and withwhich it is expected that the technological output may overcome the problems that have a negativeimpact on the technological programs offered by SENA. Among these problems are specially aspectssuch as dematerialization, deproletarinization of production, automation of proceedings and exploitationof artificial intelligence. In this sense, it shows in the conclusions of the study, the need of an activeparticipation of SMEs in this kind of initiatives to be able to offer answers to the productive sector.
