In this endeavor, it is important to consider that this entity must be sustainable, that is, that it generates its own resources to continue developing its activities over time. In the development of social entrepreneurship it is a proposal that seeks social inclusion and the contribution of social innovation: The impact on poverty reduction and social inclusion has not kept pace. The way to face this from the business perspective is in the innovation of the business model according to the innovation paradigm. There are criteria to determine whether the solutions to the problem or social initiatives are socially innovative. The initiatives must support the following criteria: collective nature, beneficiary population, novelty: the initiative, cost–efficiency, sustainability, empowerment: the initiative involves the community, Implementation time: In the development of this enterprise, creation, articulation is important of the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in the country. The identification and characterization of the main institutional references, the institutions belonging to the development of the enterprise are grouped by institutions (Innpulsa, sf) 1) Regional entrepreneurship platform 2) Academic support institutions 3) Financial support institutions 4) Economic and productive sector.
