This reality affects much more the OPC (Professional Congress Organizer) Technologists in Organization of Events, because the offer that is in the Hotels is too reduced since in the business of the events, the hotel companies already have positions that in Together they reach a successful conclusion in these businesses, example of these positions: Marketing, Food and Beverage Manager, Maitre, Costos, Chef among others. Having gone out to investigate the market in issues of organization of events such as: logistics, contracting, facilities, marketing and other issues, the answer is clear everything has organized hotel companies then the apprentices Technologists in Organization of Events, should seek to do Entrepreneurship with their knowledge, skills and the technological tool that will be presented to them will have good bases in the planning phase of an event so that their businesses in food, beverages, salons, decoration, household are successes. |
