This products have antioxidant and antibacterial properties and its natural sweetner, contains vitamins like tiamin, niacin, riboflavin, in addition to ascorbic acid necessary for the body according experts. Fort he formulation of the drinks, five stages were carried out: fruits selection, pretreatment, scalded, bottled and pasteurized. I choose fruits with a high content of Vitamin C like guava, strawberry, kiwi, grape and blueberries; mixtures were made with bee products like pollen propolis and honey and also their sensory tests. |
