From a brief theoretical framework about these topics, it is stated that the methodology, which was used for the learner’s characterization, was a structured survey that was applied to a significant sample in 2015 and it shows the results of this survey comparing them to the national results for Colombia by GEM in 2013.Additionally, other variables are analyzed such as information about funding sources, economic sectors of great interest to create enterprises, perception about the difficulties that they must face to create enterprises, the link between business venture and the own business family tradition and the correlation correlation of entrepreneurial vocation of apprentices according with the quarter of study, the self-assessment of their entrepreneurial attributes and the previous experience in business establishment, among others factors.Among the most relevant conclusions of the study, differences are noted for entrepreneurial profile SENA learners, compared to the average of the Colombian population, the research proves that, the apprentice progresses, in the taken trimester, the intention to entrepreneur increases, and a high level of ignorance in the knowledge of the institutions supporting entrepreneurship; including the Entrepreneur Fund. The paper concludes with recommendations aimed at promoting the culture of entrepreneurship in the CSF. |
