To understand the importance of breathing five aspects are proposed to be covered in this article: Breathing in physiological and biological order; Importance in cultures and civilizations regarding breathing; illnesses related to a non-adequate breathing; physical and psychological benefits of a good breathing. And finally, some recommendations and practical exercises to improve breathing will be described, on these ones technology can contribute to improve the practices.
