Description
Summary:In general, the document deals with the role that the administrative technician of health administrative processes should have from the academy, as the ability to perform an analysis of the different Social Security Systems in Health (SGSSS in Spanish) of the Americas, counting as references factors that determine a health system and the recognition of its components such as: historical evolution or background, socio-economic stratification of the population, classification of insurance, affiliation, regulatory analysis, identification of the model, traceability in each of the processes in the different systems, state social protection and sources of financing. To support this analysis are taken as references, national legal norms and international entities such as World Health Organization (WHO), Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), monographs and other studies of each of the health systems of the five countries, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Cuba and the United States. A comparison is made of all aspects, analyzing their normative contents and leaving in each postulate open spaces with expectations that allow us to reflect, make proposals and/or contributions for the improvement of the above.
