| Summary: | The inclusion of the intercultural competence for the human talent in health, ruled by the Health and Social Protection Ministry demands that the responsible institutions, like the National Learning Service – SENA and its instructors, understand the meaning of inter-culturalism in health and its application in the formative context of apprentices from different programs, strengthening competences of intervention in communities with this kind of characteristics. The objective of this article is to recognize the main concepts on the topic, to contextualize about the current regulation and to identify the main points to be used to build the competence formation process. Through the revision of primary sources, theoretical and technical models a description of the most relevant aspects to be known for its application on formative processes. This reflective article invites to know and deepen in to the topic, to make use of the designed complementary formation course and to be able to differentiate the key points that are proposed from the technical models that have deepened in to the topic. |
