The approach of research has been given from the Hermeneutic epistemological perspective and the participatory action research method useful in proposals for social innovation actions that allow a social transformation of the inhabitants. The preliminary results determine that social management is a way to create public value through its management, thus contributing to the reduction of poverty and inequality with social innovation processes, based on principles of solidarity, for tourism purposes. Community by these people. With the conclusion that the practice of social management on social innovation based on the solidarity economy, a key factor for peace.
