| Summary: | The article presents the result of the first phase of the Research project "Systematization of the experience of the Technical Program in Comprehensive Early Childhood Care SENA" developed by the Human Talent Training Center in Health during 2019. In phase one, called information collection, review and analysis, a review of the data recorded in the SENA Sofía Plus Institutional application was performed. In the analysis of the information, the experience of the training program for the period 2010 to 2019 was evidenced in figures. The analysis allows establishing the national panorama of the training program under analysis. |
