The study aimed to identify, quantify and evaluate the occurrence of fungi, and check the incidence of mycotoxins (aflatoxin and zearalenone) in corn grain in post harvest. 7 were collected samples of corn grain in properties in the city of Jataí / GO region. The experiment was developed in the laboratory of Goiás State University, Campus of Jataí-GO. The experimental design was a randomized block for 7 treatments and five repetitions. Step A of the research was the identification of different fungal species, macroscopic and microscopic characteristics were analyzed. The B phase of the project was the mitoxinas detection in fungi found. In all samples the fungus were identified, Aspergillus flavus, Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium roseum, e Penicillium sp.
