Summary:The objective of this article was to identify the interest groups of sustainable Tourism in the department of Atlántico, using a Qualitative approach from the methodological point of view supported by documentary and bibliographic review as the main methodological tool for development of the investigation. The main findings of the research recognize the existence of twenty-two (22) interest groups present within the Atlantic department, divided into four (4) main categories, these being: main services, support services, academia, and government. Concluding that there is a commitment, at least intentional, on the part of different interest groups linked to sustainable tourism in the department of Atlántico, to stimulate and strengthen this type of initiative.
