Summary:Summary: Within the guidelines established inthe Institutional Operative Plan of the ServiceNational de Learning (Sena) for 2015, the aimis to generate an “adequate articulation betweenthe strategy and operation that will allow Senato position itself as the best training Center forwork of the Latin America, guided by the criteriaof relevance and quality in training, seeking thesocial and technical development of Colombianworkers and the increase of regional productivity,offering and executing comprehensive professionaltraining for apprentices, for their incorporationinto productive activities “ (Sena POA, 2015)Taking into account the above approaches, wewant to describe the aspects related to the employabilityof graduates from Sena- Agroentrepreneurialand Turistic Center of the Andes witha view to identifying the relevance, employabilityand effectiveness of the training proposed bySena specifically by the training centerThis description will make it possible to identifyaspects such as the employability and employabilityof the graduates of the different trainingprograms assigned to the knowledge networksproposed by the Sena as a proposal for coveragewith quality and relevance. For this purpose,a descriptive research process was carried outwhere, from a statistical analysis, the characteristicsof employability and employability of theSena CATA graduates during the period 2010 to2014 can be identified. With this information, theycan identify central aspects that can influence theimprovement in the relevance and quality of trainingprograms.
