Description
Summary:The phenomenon of coexistence and convivence among residents living in apartment buildings is the topic of this research, which addresses them from a perspective of regulations and law. This is achieved in three themes that essentially concerns convivence and that affect coexistence relationships (administrator, hiring and Habeas Data). A qualitative survey was applied in order to identify the relationship between coexistence conflicts and ignorance or the knowledge of the law by the residents and owners. The results show the contrast between reality and perception, also the need to deepen a psychosocial pedagogical model that addresses the implications, functions, rights and duties of residents when they choose to live in an apartment building.
