A qualitative survey was applied in order to identify the relationship between coexistence conflicts and ignorance or the knowledge of the law by the residents and owners. The results show the contrast between reality and perception, also the need to deepen a psychosocial pedagogical model that addresses the implications, functions, rights and duties of residents when they choose to live in an apartment building. |
