| Summary: | Objective: To analyze the tools for monitoring and evaluating the quality of the provision of health services in health institutions. Material and methods: Determine the tools for monitoring and evaluating the quality in the provision of health services more favorable for the application in the health model of the affiliated with the Colombian Teaching, designing a tool for monitoring and evaluating quality in the provision of health services for members of the Magisterium. Results: The important properties of the tools for monitoring and evaluating quality in the provision of services, the sector of application of the tool under review, the evaluation of the probability of implementing said tool for the teaching profession, the evaluation of the impact of implementing it for the teaching profession and as a product of these two, we obtain the final evaluation of the tool. To obtain a qualitative value of the impact and the probability, a PXI scale was established in such a way that, additionally as determining variables for the application in the Teaching Regime, the work team defined that the tools to be analyzed include the approach, the implementation and the result Conclusions: The tools for monitoring and evaluation are important to control the current state of health quality processes in order to have a detailed vision of their state and seek ways of continuous improvement. |
