Summary:The objective of the present work is to disclose the satisfactory experience of the apprentices during theirparticipation in this pedagogical strategy; For the writing of this article, a qualitative approach methodologywas applied, with a type of experiential research, applying a survey instrument and characterization of the active and inactive research incubators, as part of the results, the works about the importance ofthe research incubators, the reason for the research incubators, the importance of training in the researchincubators and the research incubators a hope for peace, from here the totals of the shares and productionare shown throughout the period 2018-2021, in addition to the metrics of a couple of videos produced asevidence to disseminate the experience of a learner and motivate other young people to link to it; It is concludedthat the experience obtained when learning to research improved the competence of promoting theinteraction of learners with themselves, with others and with nature in work and social contexts and that theexperience in the research hotbed is a differentiating factor to the time of engagement and performance inthe productive sector.
