Summary:Companies today have as a challenge not only captivate your customers but position the benefits on them in permanently and continuously adapting to the emerging ways that arise. Therefore, that the issues such as sales, market and strategies are fundamental to the survival of them.This article presents the results that are part of the research project Design of a System of Sales and Advertising strategies to improve sales and positioning of products of Small-and-Medium Business (SMBs) in the sector of footwear and clothing in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga (AMB). This has made a diagnosis in 50 companies and proposed options strategic which tended to contribute to the improvement of the competitive position of the same.
