Therefore, that the issues such as sales, market and strategies are fundamental to the survival of them.This article presents the results that are part of the research project Design of a System of Sales and Advertising strategies to improve sales and positioning of products of Small-and-Medium Business (SMBs) in the sector of footwear and clothing in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga (AMB). This has made a diagnosis in 50 companies and proposed options strategic which tended to contribute to the improvement of the competitive position of the same.
