Summary:The virtual laboratory is one of the interactive digital tools used for learning that incorporates technological and pedagogical aspects simulating a real environment and represents an interactive and modern option for formation centers, providing learners with different topics and practices without any risk, with attractive and easily accessible content, optimizing resources. The purpose of this project is to define the methodological strategies and learning contents according to the gastronomy network programs that allow to expand topics and carry out virtual laboratory tests so that the student can easily access a wide variety of tools through an interactive interface and highlight from them the creative industries and functional creations applied from the perspective  as means of support for digital content in this case educational focused on the aforementioned formation centers.
