In this sense, it is relevant to study how social evolution currently has converted State organizations into a structural, functional and cognitive expression, product of the relations of power for appropriating the social surplus of production and ethics as the suitable and instinctive mechanism that reproduces socially accepted behavior. From this viewpoint, new forms of coexistence supported by integration in the Latin American environment, the dignifying of human life and social justice become indispensable, in which the individual and society are explained, since organizations act as a fluid entity, which is mobilized to insist, resist and strengthen actions of the personnel, without permitting that adversities affect the success obtained by an organization in reaching the proposed objectives. This article arises from such a situation that develops theoretical and doctrinal postulates supported by Arizmendi (2012), Báez (2009), Peccei (2000), Seijo (2014) and Vallejo (2013), among others. Likewise, research is of the documentary type, using a non-experimental approach, where broad bases exist that contribute to strengthening the social evolution of state organizations. |
