The study is based on the criteria of Medsker and Bailey (1995), Chedid and Rahman (1997) and Alonso, Abella & Chenlo (2004), among others. To achieve this purpose, research was carried out focused on the experimental study of an indigenous community without access to the interconnected electric grid and an educational platform of new, stored computers; it showed a way to incorporate alternative energy solutions to resolve these discrepancies in an opportune manner, using renewable energy sources: autonomous solar photovoltaics and mini-wind aerogenerators. Keeping clearly in mind a respect for the culture, customs and ethnic differences of the community, promoting participation of the community and student apprentices at the National Learning Service “SENA” for the Guajira region, a step was taken toward the transfer of innovative technologies to finally be able to respond to the hardships of this affected community, contributing to the construction of a society that deals with the equality of conditions, establishing a project-prototype model for political leaders who would converse as the entities for direct action. |
