| description | This article seeks to analyze the impact of digital competencies on training actions for instructors as well as apprentices in the National Learning Service SENA for the Guajira Region, to give appropriate and responsible management to technological resources in order to significantly increase the digital tools and content in pedagogical practice. In this bibliographic and documentary research, the statements made form part of a theoretical review based on the opinion of various authors with significant contributions on the theme of digital competencies, including Alles (2009), Ferrari (2012), Martín (2014), Gros (2011), Villalobos and Seijo (2011), González (2007), Piedrahita (2003), Lion (2012), De Zubiría (2006) and UNESCO. In conclusion, the study proposes applying the following four phases of interaction for digital competencies in training actions to strengthen pedagogical spaces and improve the practical experience in the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs): diagnosis, guided specialization, knowledge production and renovation and assessment. |
