Description
Summary:The purpose of this article is to contextualize neuroleadership from its concept to the elements that determine the trend, emphasizing the most noteworthy strengths that serve as leverage for its use and attainment of the proposed objectives. Documentary research was carried out, especially regarding keys that generate self-directed neuroplasticity in the managerial area. Concepts of  reorganization, remodeling and re-structuring of the brain were studied through the use of tools based on the precepts of Braidot (2011) and Arana (2012), focused on neurolearning and regarding performance for organizational success. Conclusions are that the leader who takes on these neurostrategical tendencies born from the brain itself, makes it possible to obtain the necessary competencies for the organization’s success.
