Summary:This article aims to bring together the pedagogical practices and tools, through the systematization of experiences, taught by the different SENA instructors at the training centers in the Santander region, in order to strengthen the comprehensive vocational training provided in the centers. A specific technique will be established, using one of the mixed methods for datacollection; taking into account the technological lines that we apply according to the training program taught by each instructor and thus document, what has been the practice or tool used at the time of imparting the most or least effective training, for the learning process of the apprentices at the training centers of Regional Santander. After having collected and documentedthe information on these pedagogical practices used by each instructor, they are consolidated, analyzed, interpreted and concluded.  With a final purpose of socializing with fellow SENA instructors, the result of the systematization where the practices were analyzed showing the results obtained in the study of the pedagogical practices and tools applied for thedevelopment of the integral professional training of the aforementioned training centers. Finally, the conclusions or inferencesresulting from the process advanced in the action research project are presented.
