description This paper compiles the results of the project: Implementation of a laboratory for the development and sophistication of products and services, around marketing, to promote business ideas of the SENA community -from the programmatic line of innovation and development SENNOVA with SGPS-8145-2021-. Initially, a call for proposals was made and 12 entrepreneurswere selected, which one of them were diagnosed by means of a measurement instrument, thus establishing the work plan in four marketing lines: brand development, digital marketing and content creation, market research and segmentation, andbusiness plan. The beneficiaries, entrepreneurs from the SENA community, received training on specific topics, such as improving their corporate image, developing a brand use manual, generating digital marketing strategies, and subsequentlymeasuring the impact on the commercialization of their products and services.
