Financial inclusion is a program that began in 2006, with the aim of providing a tool for econo­mic growth, but its impact has been significant only among higher income social classes; that is, the pro­gram still seems not enough to benefit the poor. This research aims to analyze if there is sufficient financial inclusion in rural strata or, on the contrary, strate­gies to achieve these people improve their standard of living, to use financial services should be impro­ved and, therefore, achieve a higher level indepen­dence in all aspects.
