| Summary: | The current article shows a review of the real budget data invested in the technological programs of the Agricultural area at SENA-CIAT (Center of the Innovation, the Agroindustry and the Tourism) and its possible fingerprint in the quality of pedagogical training. At the same time, it contains an analysis about the financial investment related to physical and human infrastructure in order to measure the impact in the quality of training of the trainees who are ending their process and getting close to a work career. The higher educational impact of the programs must not be limited to the fulfillment of a quantitative goal, but to the educational quality, since quantity does not mean quality (Misas, 2004). |
