Organizational culture are the norms and values that apply to workers in companies,according to Monsalve (1989) considers that “culture is born in society, is managed throughthe resources that society provides and represents an active factor that promotes thedevelopment of that society. Internal and external factors of the organization that is beingfaced are visualized, with different research methods to publicize negative and positiveaspects of it, thus implementing questions through surveys to each of the members thatmake up the microenterprise “record signage” based on these accounts, the results weregraphically given to recognize the data and results of this investigation. When analyzing theorganizational climate and culture, a response was given to the company Grabar Señalización,giving innovation to the healthy coexistence that workers obtain for clients. In an effectiveway, 24 factors have been determined that allow knowing the opinion of the employees aboutorganizational climate and culture, and if it is applied in the company at a negative or positivelevel
