| Summary: | The objective of this research is to develop digital solutions for 5 Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises - MSME in the city of Neiva, and thereby make a contribution to the strategies for the reactivation and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME). MSME represent 90% of the country's productive sector (DPN, 2019) and are the business niche hardest hit by the Covid19 health crisis, which has changed consumption dynamics, forcing them to ride the wave of digital transformation to be able to compete in a market that is constantly changing and has an increasingly digital population. In this context, SMEs are requiring the support of all government and private entities, to expand their virtual presence and improve their sales, for which the present project seeks that from the project-based training methodology, the Neiva Tecnoacademia supported the reactivation economy and in strengthening the digital transformation of SMEs in the region, through digital solutions, including web pages, mobile apps, marketing strategies, among others. In this order of ideas, the present research proposal captures immediate solutions through the development of digital prototypes using an applied research methodology. The document describes in detail the positive impact that SMEs obtained with the implementation of marketing strategies and digital platforms for the commercialization of products and services. In conclusion, the new information and communication technologies play a fundamental role in the productive expansion of a company or business. |
