description An indispensable limb in human life is undoubtedly the hand. Losing this limb or being born without it results in a physically limiting and mentally traumatic situation. Objective: to develop a 3D-printed transradial bionic hand prototype for amputated children. Method: An agile systems development methodology, “Scrum,” was used to divide tasks into several stages proposed by this method to obtain a quality prototype that was thoroughly documented. Results: the proposed prototype was modeled, printed, assembled, programmed, evaluated, and documented. Conclusions: Once the prosthetic model is constructed, it can be stated that it provides modest supplementation. However, it still falls short of replacing the full bio-physical and biomechani­cal capabilities of such a complex upper limb as the human hand. Therefore, it is recommended in future projects to redesign this model to enhance autonomous performance by enhancing the naturalness of movement in general.
