Summary:The purpose of this article is to analyze the make-or-break factors in adopting Online Banking in Colombia, derived from the research “Setting up and implementation of the educational technology application CSF foreign exchange trading Forex Brokers” put forward by SENA Finance Services Training Centre, which provided the necessary inputs for the writing of this article. To reach the purpose thereof, we used DANE - 2015 Survey on Quality of Life, with 99.814 valid remarks, on which descriptive statistics and a probabilistic model were carried out, LOGIT model Type. The outcome shows that: (i) there are marked regional differences in the adoption of Online Banking, (ii) users who use Internet frequently, heads of households, people between 34-45 years old, men, people with high incomes and people with university studies, have a positive probability in the use of Online Banking; while unmarried subjects have a negative probability when adopting Online Banking in Colombia.
