| Summary: | The national dynamic take us to think about the Comprehensive Professional Training role, employability , undertaking and innovation from the institutional tasks; as well as, in the Learning National Service (SENA) importance, from its conception and adaptation joining the historical national development, as it has occurred thus far whilst the “Final Agreement to end the conflict and to construct an everlasting and stable peace” was taking place, the pedagogy in time of peace are most necessary. This reflection is stressed on the main characters of this achievement, beyond State, regions and apprentices, the instructor as the centre point at this moment. An outline of the process progress is presented in which the instructor for peace bases his/her training actions to achieve and strengthen the agreement under concepts of tolerance and respect. |
