Summary:This article is the result of a pedagogical research undertaken from 2014 to 2016 in four educational institutions, two from the Chocó department, una from Valle del Cauca and the last one from a SENA training centre, Antioquia Regional with the experiences from focused educational populations, with contributions for a inclusive pedagogical proposal in afrocolombian populations and in railed with the perspectives of human rights. The general objective laid out the necessity of generating an inclusive culture from a critical pedagogy, implementing strategies addressed specifically to that population, structuring inclusive training pedagogical proposals, from a human rights perspective, in the educational institutions just mentioned, a job structured as a requirement to obtain the Masters degree in Education from the Eastern Catholic University in partnership with the Northen Catholic Foundation University.
