The size of the sample (n= 508) was made using simple random sampling. The obtained data have large dispersion which five categories segmentation analysis was made.The obtained data from this research have a tourist with heterogeneous characteristics, variables analysis was made through frequency analysis. To finish an assessment that measures the perception of visitors on tourist services and expectations offered at this destination was made. |
