Summary:Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming medicine, from diagnosis to treatment of diseases. Objective: This article explores the impact of AI in medicine, with a focus on ethical and liability considerations. Materials and methods: A detailed analysis of 33 innovative and recent studies related to the topic carried out the state of the art exploration. Results: It was discussed, how AI is used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, providing examples of applications and success stories, and analyzing the associated benefits and challenges. Ethical considerations in the use of AI in medicine, including aspects of data privacy and security, transparency and explainability, equity and non-discrimination, and responsibility and  accountability are address in this article. In addition, possible solutions and recommendations to address these challenges are offer. Conclusions: It has concluded with final reflections and future perspectives on the use of AI in medicine. That this article encourages constructive discussion about how we can use AI ethically and responsibly in medicine, it is what is expected.
