In addition, the Research, Innovation, and Technological Development System known as SENNOVA of the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) seeks to promote the progress in science and technology of the country, thus, to generate knowledge and relevance of the comprehensive professional training, also be a place where coaches and apprentices generate savoir faire. SENNOVA specifically address a strategy known as applied research groups whose goals are strengthen the comprehensive vocational education by the development of research for further dissemination to vocational education, work and productive sector.
The methodology employed was to create a scheme by the group of apprentices, as part of their practical training, in which they wrote a guideline about how to realize each action in the user support process in a healthcare facility, that is, from the receipt of the request, attentive to the request, response to the request, and close to the request. With the aforementioned structure, it started the run of the software language phase provided by the team of the AzuSENA project at SENNOVA. As the aforesaid phase was completed the scholars had to response two interrogations associated to their educational process, and the importance of the artificial intelligence in the organizational strategy correspondingly, In what way the AI contributed to the learning process of the technologist of administrative management health services?, and How the AI contributes to improve the process of the user service in a healthcare facility?.
Following the completion of the work it was found that projects like AzuSENA, encourages coaches and apprentices to achieve the guidelines such as those related, hence, stimulate academic competences in a cross-cutting fashion to integrate all knowledge acquired by the scholar in the practical learning process. |
