description The objective of this work is to determine the information corresponding to teacher training in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the educational environment, taking as a reference the educational management to assume the challenges in such training processes which become a challenge for educational management since it must ensure and contemplate significant learning, associating the particular problems that are generated in the use of ICT for the strengthening of quality in institutions in the country. To this end, the research had a quantitative approach of a non-experimental type of transversal cut, with a correlational-causal study, in turn, the study is conducted in two educational institutions of the public and private character of Medellin and Puerto Lopez (Meta), Colombia, generating as a final result, that there is a significant direct relationship between teacher training in ICT with the processes of educational management.
