description In Colombia there is a high rate of people prone to skin cancer, due to the high solar radiation exposure that this country is exposed to being near the equator, in addition to climate change, the profession and the few habits Protection against UV rays increases this index; This project seeks to synthesize microcapsules with essential oils by means of the complex coacervation method for impregnation in textiles by foulard, in order to moisturize, moisturize and protect the skin from burns caused by prolonged exposure to the sun. In this work were evaluated three different types of oils: Calendula officinalis -Caléndula-, Cocos nucifera -coconut- and almonds. Formation of microencapsules, morphology, concentration and stability when performing pH variations. Finally it is concluded that marigold oil is the optimum for the stabilization and synthesis of the microcapsules.
