On the other hand, this fact concerns not only to the social services companies, but also to the labour ministry, especially for the many compensations to pay monthly to an increasing number of affected workers, that sues the public office, causing an important detriment in the treasury, which finally affects all Colombians, nevertheless, there is yet a big amount of sub-registered cases. However, with this new design the incidence or CTS will be substantially reduced and therefore, the winning of these companies will be dramatically rocketed on the other hand. The design of a tool, like gardener’s scissors, lies in specifying and explaining in detail, its components and pieces, as well as the correlation among them. There are three main stages when considering a gardener’s scissors design: function, production, commercialization, the user/consumer, making sure the scissors turn out to be efficient in each one of this features. |
