| description | The artisanal cultivation of Orellana mushroom was evaluated by taking four different mixtures of residues: two agricultural and two pastures in the community of Obonuco, Nariño, through indicators such as number of days of incubation, number of days of the appearance of primordia, yield, biological efficiency, and productivity. For this evaluation, four experiments with different treatments were performed. The treatments that behaved best with respect to days of incubation and appearance of primordia were those composed of pea hull substrates, corn crop stubble, Kikuyu grass, sawdust, wheat bran, and 1 % calcium carbonate. Regarding the number of days of appearance of primordia, it was 28 for both treatments, with thermal insulation and a seed percentage of 5 and 9 %, with 28 and 30 days of incubation, respectively. Substrate yield ranged from 286 to 296 g with a significant difference (p < 0.05) in some treatments. Biological efficiencies between 28.4 and 29.6 % were obtained depending on the percentage of seed used. The productivity of the fungus was between 0.28 and 0.30 g of fungus per 1000 g of substrate. |
