| Abstract: |
This study aims to assess the sustainability of these programmes from an educator's perspective. Interviews were held to find important sustainability indicators, and then an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was used to measure these factors in numbers. The qualitative results collated a total of 14 specific indicators in three categories: course content, teaching methods, and faculty. Whereas the quantitative results provided insights into how educators rated these indicators, the status quo for most of them needs to be continued, while the frequency of updating course content and faculty research capacity need to be focussed on for improvement.
