The article discusses ways to prepare and educate children to deal with grief. The author shares her own experience of teaching her 3 year old son to understand that death was a natural part of the life process. The author also informs how her son's preschool prepared to convey to the children the death of a teacher. She presents tips to guide teachers and families in developing skills to use with children to support their processing through grief. |
