| Abstract: |
The article looks at some of the dispelled education theories and why they should not be given authority. They include the notion that students have different learning styles which was rejected by the fact that students have learning preferences. Other bad ideas include the theory that students learn best through unguided discovery and the claim that students should learn to read through authentic reading. |
