Topics include competition law and policy have been dominated by the neoclassical law and economics paradigm; conventionally organized business firms are a mean to have a coordinated economic activity; and antitrust laws help franchising business arrangement in its acceptance of vertical domination and in its prohibition of horizontal coordination.
