| Abstract (English): |
Áurea Foods, a great lodge in the land of food across the Southern Turtle Island, now stands at a fork in the trail, a difficult path of right and wrong. Word has come that their nourishment for the little ones, 'Vitta' and 'Crescer,' walk two different paths. In lands of plenty, they give good strength. But in lands where the people are still growing strong, they carry too much sweetness, not enough of the good earth. This has caused the people's hearts to be troubled, and the voices of those who watch over us to rise in concern. A shadow falls upon the name of Áurea Foods. The headwoman, Alexia Santos, must now guide the council of elders. They must find a way to walk in balance - to care for the lodge's needs, but first, to care for the health and spirit of the children. They must look to how the coins flow, listen to the winds of the trading grounds, and keep the honor of Áurea Foods bright. Áurea Foods must find a way to heal this talk of two different paths for their children's food. These whispers, now grown loud, touch the good name of the lodge. The people's spirits are stirred, the watchers raise their voices, and soon the councils of the land may speak with binding words, and the judgment fires may be lit. If a good path is not found soon, and walked with a true heart, the people may turn away, their trust will wither like unwatered corn, and the lodge will feel a great emptiness in its stores". | Abstract (Portuguese): |
